There are many options. There is a built-in weather component in Hubitat, Open Weather if you get an API key is pretty easy to add. You just add a Virtual Device, Weather, then paste an API key and check your location. It is fairly basic but it works good. Open an INCOGNITO tab or window on your PC. If you are asked to login when you go to the camera URL then you have not successfully disabled authentication. ActionTiles cannot be used with authentication unless you login in a separate Tab.
