Make our points cost go up, but definitely make us tougher, with a higher movement than most Space Marines (Heresy did this well by giving Custodes an 8" movement).For one, GKs must operate in squads for their psychic powers in a squad make the whole greater than the sum of parts. If a 10 man squad of Grey Knights faces 10 Custodes, the Grey Knights may simply summon a vortex of doom, to the instant death of the custodes. Then there are other factors to consider. Custodes can beat tau and astra. It comes down to how you play them.
