I changed the oil, spark plug and gas and it still would not start. I then performed a few google searches and got the idea to clean the carburetor. I had my neighbor stop by since he has experience with small engines ... Moderately steep driveways. One hates it because he says fighting the auto turn when he doesn’t want it to turn makes it more work than his old blower. The other one likes his.
