Most likely the motor and tranny mounts might be worn too and causing more drivetrain movement. Mine are getting really bad at 50k miles. Planning to swap to a brace with dual subframe mounting points and poly bushings at some point. 4) Secure drain bolt and torque to 45 nm. 5) Using a fluid transfer pump, pump about 1.5 litres of fluid into diff until it flows out the hole. Mine literally took a bottle and a half. 6) Secure fill bolt and torque to 60 nm. 7) Clean any excess fluid off rear diff with Brake Kleen or similar parts cleaner. 8) Enjoy. This is just to ensure you can replace it before you start the rest of the job. The oil filter housing will drain oil back into the sump once you remove the oil filter abit, which is a good thing to do before you drain the oil from the sump.
