You can easily heal your unconscious dinosaur by force feeding him. Of course, you'll have to force feed the right food, and not narcs/stims. Just force feed meat for carnivores and berries for herbs. And no, it doesn't lower the taming effectiveness, the taming effectiveness only lower when the dino eat by itself. In my opinion, dino's taking longer to heal is a good thing, this means that you may actually need strings of dinos to do something like cave dive continuously. Is it just me or force feeding 500+ meat to your dino just seem unnatural in the first place.Yes it will regen health. I've had a few instances where a saber or carno spawns on top of a tame while it's down and I'll usually just continue to starve it til the food is low enough and then wake it up and hang out with it til it's health is up enough to knock it back down to reset the TE.
