I understand that increasing the damage on greatbows has the potential side-effect of making the Hand Ballista and Jar Cannon obsolete, but considering that you could also increase the damage of said weapons to compensate, and the fact that aside from the Golem Arrows, greatbows don't have access to AOEs, this hardly seems like an issue.
