Press or drive the worn pin out. Replace with the correct hardened dowel pin part number 374072S from Ford/New Holland. It's been a while since I took a flow control valve out (only did it once)but I think you need to raise it up as far as you can and at the same time use a pliers and pull the tube out of the bottom. That filter is on the suction side not exhaust. I would fix it if it doesn't require a split to do.Clean the suction screen and hydraulic filter. Service the unloader valve and inspect the safety valve. Install new seal rings on the lift piston, new seals and o-rings throughout.
