Just to give some perceptive as to why hcg levels do not always indicate multiples :) at 4 weeks my hcg was 76.... And at about 6 weeks ( a little less) it was 7262. My doctor was shocked to see twins at my ultrasound.At 8 weeks pregnant with twins, you've likely seen (or will soon see) your babies on an ultrasound.
