My receiver malfunctioned so I sent it back to DIRECTV and they sent me a new one. The new receiver is great but I can't figure out how to turn on the subtitles. With my old receiver, I would just push the yellow button and the system gave me the option to turn on subtitles. This new one doesn't give me the option at all.Dec 1, 2023 · The transition is going well, but we have found we cannot delete local DVR recordings on our main Genie from the DirecTV app. All of the Rokus running the app are on the same Wifi SSID and network subnet as the main Genie. I already had all of the DVR permissions wide open for the Genie Minis so I do not think that is the issue.
