How long should you wait to take shrooms again
If you are starting with an LC. you will be able to see results in a few days and 100% colonization if 6-10 days in many cases however, I usually wait at least 3-5 days when starting from spores. They take longer to show results and much much longer to reach 100% colonization. Generally, clinical studies have designated 3-4 week intervals between trips, to be an appropriate frequency. Though it should be made clear that these clinical trials do not expose subjects to this regimen, indefinitely. Meaning, dosing with psilocybin mushrooms every few weeks for years on end, isn’t recommended. Similar to acid wait 2weeks. Taking it too often can do very bad things to your mental health if you’re not careful, tolerance wise once every 2 weeks. But I find 1 week is still an okay enough time for me to still trip and enjoy. I'd wait every 2 weeks.
