I canceled my xfinity service a few weeks ago. The rep I spoke with to cancel confirmed that I did not have any xfinity equipment (used my own modem and router). Yet, I keep getting texts and phone calls that I need to return equipment. I clicked the link in one of the texts and it doesn't even show me having any equipment that I could return.You can return the equipment at any Xfinity service center near you or a UPS store. You do not need the print out the UPS label to return the equipment at a store. If you go to a service center you can take a picture ID and let them know you are just returning the equipment.
