One neighbor who has a NH baler that is one model earlier said he flipped his knives around and that cured the problem. Depending on the baler model the tension system relief vavle determines how much pressure is built in the system. 2400 is the maximum pressure for a 648. Looking at buying a 648 new holland round baler. Is the auto wrap system reliable and would it work good with my 3020. I will be baling around 200 bale a year with it. For my set up it would be a john deere. But if I was baling with just a tractor and baler. (No rake baler combination like I use) then I would go with the 560. I would be more interested in a "460" 4x6 baler like the 560 but that would be it.
