My carrier furnace is blinking code 13: limit circuit lockout. if i flip the power switch off and back on the blower will run for about a minute then shut off then the heat will blow out for about 3 minutes then shut off again and not kick back on. It makes a squeaking noise when it first comes on and there is more noise than usual coming from the air return vent.LIMIT CIRCUIT FAULT – Indicates a limit, or flame rollout is open. Blower will run for 4 minutes or until open switch remakes whichever is longer. If open longer than 3 minutes, code changes to lockout #13.
