No reply from login server osrs

I've tried redownloading osbot and redownloading java and even my OS to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I made an OSRS account on iPhone through Game Center and want to link my email to my OSRS account so I can login on desktop. The OSRS support page says to tap the "link email" button but when I open that tab that button is not there. You can login and play using the Jagex launcher. It uses a different login server so it still works. You can use it to launch RuneLite from the drop down menu too.
