I find the Rosh Review exams difficult, but doable and will score roughly 65-70% on them, and will subsequently earn a high B on PAEA exams. Peds was the first EOR I took and I thought it was the easiest one by a long shot. I was lazy while studying for this exam and used PPP for 3 days before the exam along with the ROSH boost exam.
