Getting an enemy to waste actions is an important strategy. Getting an archer to waste an action to retrieve a melee weapon because you’ve closed the distance gives you an advantage. In this case, you want drawing a weapon to cost an action. It makes your move more impactful. The GM should be able to use the same tactic.About this group. A reaction is something beneficial you can do very quickly. Some things, like Champion's reactions, only really make sense as reactions, since they occur when the Champion's allies (or the Champion) are hit.
