Pit boss 850 navigator review
I had read that lower temps seem to be a struggle for the Pro Series. I had some minor issues at 225, it sat around 210ish which isn’t horrible. Bumping to 250 and it eventually got up there. That seems to be my weird area with temps. Lowest setting is fine as are the higher sets.
