The Camry is a much better performing vehicle than the Prius. Do you drive enough to warrant the upcharge for a hybrid? The Camry Hybrid isn't a bad vehicle if you can justify the additional cost. A Mazda 3 Hatch would be a much better vehicle unless you just want the high mpg.The trd camry is the cheapest way to get a v6 one. The hybrid will get better fuel economy than the normal car, but it does cost more and it raises possible reliability issues. That's not to say Toyotas are unreliable, but adding a hybrid drivetrain to a car means adding more components to the car which means more things can break.
