hey all I've been playing skyrim since it came out but I've never really tried any exploits. I'm on ps5 and I'm attempting to do the fortify restoration loop but when I do it even after getting fortify restoration to levels of above 100%-200% and making the enchantment potion which has a decent level after I enchant a ring it always jumps down to like 8% for fortify alchemy. 19.
